Recruiting tips network marketing
Although I’ve heard that there are network marketers out there who just want to make a little bit of money in their businesses, I’ve never actually met one. Every network marketer that I’ve ever met or talked to has told me that they joined to make the big bucks! I can’t say that I blame them. It’s here for them, if they want it badly enough.
Since you can’t make it to the top levels of any network marketing company’s compensation plan without a lot of help, you will need to sponsor at least some people into our organization.
What can you tell me about recruiting?
What is the overriding question that every prospect need to answer for themselves?
Can they do what the sponsor is doing?
This is at the heart of that ever elusive quality of duplication. If your prospect can do what you’re doing, then you have duplicated yourself. You’ll be on your way.
That sounds pretty easy, when I say it like that. Unfortunately, it’s not always that easy. What can we do about that?
The first thing that you need to decide is, can you do what you are doing? Weird question? Maybe, but you need to be able to use whatever method you have chosen for yourself. If you are going to use Facebook, do you know how you are going to meet people? Do you know how to prospect on Facebook? Do you know how to recruit someone that you’ve talked to on Facebook? These are the questions that you need to answer, for yourself, for any social media platform. If you’re going to use social media to recruit.
You may be a decent knowledge of how to do the things that you’ll need to do on social media, but will all of your prospects know how to do them? Will they be able to duplicate those things? You see it doesn’t matter if you are a wizard on Youtube, if your recruits don’t know how to use Youtube, it’s not going to help you.
Most people that you will recruit, will probably have never run a business before and they probably have know idea how to recruit someone from Pintrest. They will need your directions on how to do these things. Will you be able to teach them how to do what you do? That is what’s going to be needed if you want your team to be duplicating team. Make sure that you know exactly what needs to be done with whatever method you’re choosing!
I would suggest that you chose something that an eight year old child could do. This isn’t to say that the people you are sponsoring are no more capable than said eight year old, it is to say that you need to find a method that anyone can do!
How does having an easy method help you?
Once you have tested your method and know it works, easily, get someone else to test it to make sure that it will be easy for everyone. Now you know that it is super easy and you can tell people that it has been tested and found to be easy.
When you talk to a prospect about your business, the one question they need to answer for themselves is, can they do the business? Will they make money? If they are convinced that they can make money, then there is no reason for them not to join.
“I get lots objections to joining my business!”
Well, join the club. Who doesn’t get objections? The prospects are looking for an answer to their question … will they make money? Every objection and question is just asking you to tell them exactly how they can make the money that you are telling them that they can make. You have to convince them of that!
You just need to say, “Can you do what I am doing?”
Then you explain exactly what you are doing, step by step.
Then ask the follow up question, “If you can see yourself doing what I’m doing, then you owe it to yourself to at least take a look at what I’m doing!”
Almost everyone will want to look at what you are doing!
